The Customer, after receving the products, has a period of 8 working days to send to Paulo Vieira Aquários any complaint regarding the product received. After this deadline, the products will be considered accordingly.
Paulo Vieira Aquários does not consider responsible and reserves the right to reject possible returns when the products are in bad condition, because of improper use or transportation damages.
The transportation costs related to the returns are shared by the Client and Paulo Vieira Aquários. The Client will send the product to Paulo Vieira Aquarios with transport cost paid and Paulo Vieira Aquários will return the repaired material with postage paid. Upon receiving a product to repair we verify that it is working and in good conditions we will return the product with postage to be paid by the Customer.
Only after you contact Paulo Vieira Aquários (accompanied by the proof of purchase) is the return of the goods considered accepted.
In case of returns due to a clients mistake, an extra cost will be applied for management and administration expenses.
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
Defective product upon reception: If the material is defective upon reception, it must be returned to Paulo Vieira Aquários in its original packaging, with original manuals and accessories.
Returns of SPARE PARTS - replacement parts, or used products are not accepted.
