The Customer, after receipt of the products, has a period of 8 working days to send to Paulo Vieira Aquários any complaint regarding the product received. After this deadline, the products will be considered accordingly.

Paulo Vieira Aquários does not consider itself responsible and reserves the right to reject possible returns when the merchandise is in bad condition, for improper use or transportation damages.

The transportation costs related to the return are shared by the Client and Paulo Vieira Aquários. The Client will send the material to Paulo Vieira Aquarios with pay and Paulo Vieira Aquários will return the repaired material with postage paid. Upon receiving a product to repair and verify that its operation and condition are correct will be returned with postage to be paid by the Customer.

Only after the contact with Paulo Vieira Aquários (accompanied by the proof of purchase) is that the return is considered accepted.

In case of return by mistake of the Client, an extra cost will be applied for management and administration expenses.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

    Defective product
Unsolicited product

Defective product at reception: If the material is defective at reception, it will be returned to Paulo Vieira Aquários in its packaging, with original manuals and accessories.

Returns of SPARE PARTS - replacement parts, or used products are not accepted.
