Return Policy

The consumer has the right to freely terminate this contract within a period of 14 calendar days, or in the case of contracts concluded outside the commercial premises mentioned in subparagraphs ii) and v) of paragraph i) of article 3 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, within 30 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason.

The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days, counting from the day following the day on which you acquire or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or in case the consumer has ordered several goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately, on the day you purchase or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

In order for the free withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free withdrawal is sent before the end of the withdrawal period.

Free resolution effects

In the event of termination of this contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive normal shipping method offered by us ), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We make these refunds using the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

It is only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
